Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Place a wire rack over a large rimmed baking sheet and spray the rack with oil.
Step 2
Cut the Cod Fillet (1.5 pound) into 1-11/2 inch thick strips. Season the fish on both sides with Salt (to taste) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
