Step 1
Heat oil in a medium sauté pan, fry the
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (8 slices)
till crispy. Drain on paper towel and set aside for later use.
Step 2
Cut out a hole from the center of each
Bread (4 slices)
. You can use a biscuit cutter or simply scissors and knife.
Step 3
Heat half of the
Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp)
in a nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. When the butter is no longer foaming, place bread slices in the skillet. If the skillet is small, you can do one or two at a time.
Step 4
Crack one
Eggs (4)
into the center of each slice of bread. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 5
Cook for about 3 minutes, then flip the sandwich over and cook to your liking of the eggs.
Step 6
Cut the
Tomatoes (2)
into slices.
Step 7
Slice the
Avocados (2)
in half. Use a spoon to take out the core, then scoop out the flesh of the avocado.
Step 8
Slice the avocados as thick or thin as you like.
Step 9
Place 2 slices of bacons on each sandwich.
Step 10
Top with 2 slices of tomatoes and avocados.
Step 11
Season with salt, pepper and
Fresh Herbs (to taste)
and serve.
