In a medium sized bowl, smash the Jalapeño Pepper (to taste) with the Red Onion (3/4), Tomato (3/4 cup), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Avocado (4), and Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup). Add Lime Wedge (3), if using.
Step 2
Mix well (multiple times) and you're done! Serve as a dip with tortilla chips, spread on sandwiches, or on top of pasta.
