Cooking Instructions
1.
Add Tomatoes (10 cups), Red Bell Peppers (4 1/2 cups), and Onions (2) to a bowl.
2.
Add Kosher Salt (to taste), Sriracha (to taste), Granulated Sugar (to taste), and Garlic Paste (to taste).
3.
Add Chicken Broth (16 cups), simmer until liquid has reduced to 2 quarts, about 30-45 minutes.
4.
With a stand-mixer or hand-mixer blend all until very smooth, then add Fresh Basil Leaves (1/2 cup) in the last minute.
5.
Add Heavy Cream (2 cups), and check and adjust the seasoning as desired.
6.
Serve warm.
