Step 1
In a small skillet, heat the
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
over medium heat. Add the
Shallots (2)
and sweat them until soft and translucent. Transfer the shallots to a large bowl.

Add shallots to a bowl with
Ground Turkey (1.3 lb)

Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup)

Sriracha (1/4 cup)

Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp)

Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)

Step 3
Combine the ingredients well with hands. Form the burgers into 4 equal patties and transfer to a sheet pan. Refrigerate the patties for 15 minutes to firm up.
Step 4
Preheat the grill to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). When grill is hot add the burgers and cook about 5 minutes per side. During the last minute of cooking, place a
American Cheese Slices (4 slices)
each burger and cook until it's just melted.
Step 5
To make the sauce, combine the
Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
,
Sriracha (2 Tbsp)
,
Fresh Cilantro (2 Tbsp)
,
Lime (1)
, and
Sriracha (1 tsp)
.
Step 6
Take the
Hamburger Buns (4)
, and burgers with Sliced
Avocado (1)
the bottom bun, followed by the burger, a tablespoon of Sriracha Aioli and extra
Fresh Cilantro (to taste)
if desired. Serve and enjoy!
