Cooking Instructions
1.
Clean and cut the
Chicken (10.5 oz)
.

In a mixing bowl, add
All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup)
Corn Starch (2 Tbsp)
,
Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp)
,
Chili Powder (1 tsp)
,
Ginger Garlic Paste (1/2 tsp)
and
Salt (to taste)
. Add a little water to the mixture and make a paste.

Add the chicken pieces into it and let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat
Oil (to taste)
in a pan and fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy.

Once the chicken is fried, heat a pan with
Oil (1 Tbsp)
. Add
Onion (1)
,
Green Chili Pepper (1)
, and
Garlic (12 cloves)
. Sauté until starting to soften.
6.
Add
Bell Pepper (1)
,
Tomato Paste (1 Tbsp)
,
Green Chili Sauce (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Soy Sauce (1/2 Tbsp)
. Season with
Salt (to taste)
.
7.
Mix the
Corn Flour (1 tsp)
with 2 tsp water and stir it into the sauce, to thicken it and give the sauce a shiny/glossy texture. Add the fried chicken and gently toss in the sauce until coated.
8.
Serve hot with fried rice or Indian flat bread. Enjoy!
