Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Clean and cut the Chicken (0.25 kilogram).
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup) Corn Starch (2 tablespoon), Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon), Chili Powder (1 teaspoon), Ginger Garlic Paste (1/2 teaspoon) and Salt (to taste). Add a little water to the mixture and make a paste.
Step 3
Add the chicken pieces into it and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Heat Oil (to taste) in a pan and fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy.
Step 5
Once the chicken is fried, heat a pan with Oil (1 tablespoon). Add Onion (1), Green Chili Pepper (1), and Garlic (12 clove). Sauté until starting to soften.
Step 6
Add Bell Pepper (1), Tomato Paste (1 tablespoon), Green Chili Sauce (2 teaspoon), and Soy Sauce (2 teaspoon). Season with Salt (to taste).
Step 7
Mix the Corn Flour (1 teaspoon) with 2 tsp water and stir it into the sauce, to thicken it and give the sauce a shiny/glossy texture. Add the fried chicken and gently toss in the sauce until coated.
Step 8
Serve hot with fried rice or Indian flat bread. Enjoy!
