Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch oven proof skillet.

Mix the
Butter (1/2 cup)

together.
Step 3
Sprinkle in the
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)

Ground Cardamom (1/4 tsp)

Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp)
. Mix until incorporated. Fold in the
Ground Cinnamon (1/2 Tbsp)
just until that batter starts to ribbon with cinnamon.
Step 4
Pour batter into skillet and spread until it meets the edges. Sprinkle the
Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp)
evenly onto the top of cookie before sprinkling on the
Coarse Sugar (2 Tbsp)
.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
Step 6
Let cool for at least 30 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges.
