Fill a copa glass or a large wine glass with
Ice (to taste)
Pour over a measure of
London Dry Gin (3 Tbsp)
followed by three times as much of the
Fever-Tree Tonic Water (2/3 cup)
Peel a strip from the outside of the
, twist it over the top of the glass to spritz the oil into the drink, then drop into the glass.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
