In a microwave-safe dish, combine the Couscous (1 cup), Butter (2 tablespoon), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), and Vegetable Broth (1 cup). Cook according to package directions in the Panasonic Microwave Oven.
Fluff the couscous with a fork after cooking, and set aside to cool.
Combine the coucous, Black Beans (1 can), Corn (1 can), Roma Tomato (3), Orange Bell Pepper (1), Scallion (5), Cayenne Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Lemon (1), Olive Oil (4 tablespoon) and Fresh Cilantro (1 bunch) in a large mixing bowl.
