In a microwave-safe dish, combine the Couscous (1 cup), Butter (2 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), and Vegetable Broth (1 cup). Cook according to package directions in a microwave oven.

Fluff the couscous with a fork after cooking, and set aside to cool.

Combine the coucous, Black Beans (1 can), Corn (1 can), Roma Tomatoes (3), Orange Bell Pepper (1), Scallion (1 bunch), Cayenne Pepper (1/2 tsp), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp), {@10:}, Lemon (1), Olive Oil (1/4 cup) and Fresh Cilantro (1 bunch) in a large mixing bowl.
