A delicious Seed Loaf is a dense and filling bread that will leave you with none of the guilt and all of the enjoyment from eating freshly baked bread. This hearty bread is perfect with a smear of butter, piled high as a sandwich, or in our incredible Sandwich Salad Cake recipe.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Assemble ingredients.
2.
Add Whole Wheat Flour (5 cups) and Sesame Seeds (1/2 cup) to a mixer.
3.
Add in Pepitas (1/2 cup) and Flaxseeds (1 cup).
4.
Add in Sunflower Seeds (1 cup), Oats (1 cup), Baking Soda (2 tsp), Brown Sugar (3 Tbsp) and Salt (1 tsp).
5.
Finally, pour in Buttermilk (4 cups) and Honey (2 Tbsp).
6.
Mix well on low-medium speed.
7.
Prepare a lightly floured loaf pan.
8.
Pour mixture into the pan slowly.
9.
Fill the pan, leaving 2 inches of space at the top of the pan.
10.
Sprinkle extra seeds over the top.
11.
Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 1.5 hours.
12.
Leave it on the rack to cool before slicing.
13.
Serve plain with butter or use in an open-faced sandwich or as a bread base for SideChef's Salad Cake. Enjoy!
