Sunflower Seeds
1 cup
Flaxseeds
1/2 cup
Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 Tbsp
Baking Soda
2 1/2 Tbsp
Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp
4 cups
Buttermilk

Step 1
Assemble ingredients.
Step 2
Add Whole Wheat Flour (5 cups) and Sesame Seeds (1/2 cup) to a mixer.
Step 3
Add in Pumpkin Seeds (1/2 cup) and Flaxseeds (1 cup) .
Step 4
Add in Sunflower Seeds (1 cup) , Oats (1 cup) , Baking Soda (1/2 Tbsp) , Brown Sugar (2 1/2 Tbsp) and Salt (1 tsp) .
Step 5
Finally, pour in Buttermilk (4 cups) and Honey (2 Tbsp) .
Step 6
Mix well on low-medium speed.
Step 7
Prepare a lightly floured loaf pan.
Step 8
Pour mixture into the pan slowly.
Step 9
Fill the pan, leaving 2 inches of space at the top of the pan.
Step 10
Sprinkle extra seeds over the top.
Step 11
Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 1.5 hours.
Step 12
Leave it on the rack to cool before slicing.
Step 13
Serve with plain with butter or use in an open-faced sandwich or as a bread base for SideChef's Salad Cake. Enjoy!
