Whole Wheat Flour (5 cups)
Sesame Seeds (1/2 cup)

Pumpkin Seeds (1/2 cup)
Flaxseeds (1 cup)
Sunflower Seeds (1 cup)
Oats (1 cup)
Baking Soda (1/2 Tbsp)
Brown Sugar (2 1/2 Tbsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Finally, pour in
Buttermilk (4 cups)
Honey (2 Tbsp)
Mix well on low-medium speed.
Prepare a lightly floured loaf pan.
Pour mixture into the pan slowly.
Fill the pan, leaving 2 inches of space at the top of the pan.
Sprinkle extra seeds over the top.
Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 1.5 hours.
Leave it on the rack to cool before slicing.
Serve plain with butter or use in an open-faced sandwich or as a bread base for SideChef's Salad Cake. Enjoy!
