Add Whole Wheat Flour (5 cup) and Sesame Seeds (1/2 cup) to a mixer.
Add in Pumpkin Seeds (1/2 cup) and Flaxseeds (1 cup).
Add in Sunflower Seeds (1 cup), Oats (1 cup), Baking Soda (2 teaspoon), Brown Sugar (40 milliliter) and Salt (1 teaspoon).
Finally, pour in Buttermilk (4 cup) and Honey (30 milliliter).
Mix well on low-medium speed.
Prepare a lightly floured loaf pan.
Pour mixture into the pan slowly.
Fill the pan, leaving 2 inches of space at the top of the pan.
Sprinkle extra seeds over the top.
Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 1.5 hours.
Leave it on the rack to cool before slicing.
Serve with plain with butter or use in an open-faced sandwich or as a bread base for SideChef's Salad Cake. Enjoy!
