Step 1
Carefully slice the
Seed Bread (1 loaf)
into three even layers using a sharp bread knife or cake-wire.
Step 2
Place the bottom layer of the "cake" on a serving dish.
Step 3
Generously spread with part of the
Butter (1/2 cup)

Step 4
Begin assembling the layers by spreading with part of the
Feta and Herb Spread (1 cup)
placing the thinly sliced
Tomato (1)
on top.
Step 5
Cover with the second "cake" layer.
Step 6
Spread with more butter, feta and herb spread and the thinly sliced
Smoked Salmon (8 oz)

Step 7
Top with thinly sliced
Red Onion (1/2)
and season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Step 8
Top with
Iceberg Lettuce (8 pieces)
and
English Cucumbers (2)
.
Step 9
Butter the top layer of the cake with butter.
Step 10
Carefully place on top and firmly press down to secure the layers.
Step 11
Frost with
Whipped Cream Cheese (2 cups)

Step 12
Making sure to cover liberally.
Step 13
Decorate the side of the cake with
Multi-Colored Sprouts (to taste)
and decorate the top of the cake with
Edible Flowers (to taste)
