In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Feta Cheese (1/3 cup), Yellow Onion (1/4 cup), Garlic (2 clove), Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley (2 tablespoon), Fresh Mint (1 tablespoon), Ground Cumin (1 teaspoon).
Ground Coriander (1/2 teaspoon), Kosher Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon) and Cayenne Pepper (1/4 teaspoon).
Add the 93/7 Lean Ground Turkey (1 pound) and gently mix until all of the ingredients are combined.
Gently form the turkey mixture into four patties, approximately ¾-inch thick. Using your thumb, make a small indent in the center of each patty.
Preheat a lightly oiled grill (or grill pan) over medium heat.
Meanwhile whip up the harissa yogurt sauce. Combine the Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup), Lemon (1/2), Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley (1 tablespoon), Kosher Salt (to taste), Green Harissa (1 tablespoon), and Green Harissa (1 teaspoon) in a small bowl.
Place the burgers on the hot grill, thumbprint side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
Warm your Whole Wheat Pita Bread (4) in the microwave (10-15 seconds should do it) or directly on the grill.
Time to build your burgers! Spread a dollop of yogurt sauce on the bottom half of each pita “bun.”
Top each with a small handful of finely chopped Romaine Heart (1 1/2 cup) and a burger.
Garnish with thinly sliced English Cucumber (1/4), Plum Tomato (1) that have been sliced into rounds and Red Onion (1/2) and finish with extra yogurt sauce. Add everything together and serve immediately. Enjoy!
