, cooked, finely chopped
Cooking Instructions
1.
Cut each hard boiled Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (6) in half lengthwise.
2.
Carefully remove the yolks from each egg and place in a mixing bowl. Be careful not to break the whites!
3.
Mash the yolks with a fork until creamy.
4.
Add the Mayonnaise (4 Tbsp), Avocados (4 Tbsp), Swiss Cheese (4 Tbsp), and Dijon Mustard (1/2 tsp) and stir to combine. Season the yolk mixture with the Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
5.
Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white cups.
6.
Top each half with a sprinkle of Bacon (6 slices) and serve!

Store the eggs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
