Cut each hard boiled Egg (6) in half lengthwise.
Carefully remove the yolks from each egg and place in a mixing bowl. Be careful not to break the whites!
Mash the yolks with a fork until creamy.
Add the Mayonnaise (1/4 cup), Avocado (1/4 cup), Swiss Cheese (1/4 cup), and Dijon Mustard (1/2 teaspoon) and stir to combine. Season the yolk mixture with the Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white cups.
Top each half with a sprinkle of Bacon (6 slice) and serve!
