Cooking Instructions
1.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (1 lb)
til crispy. Flip after about 4 minutes so both sides have a chance to crisp up.

Transfer the bacon to a plate and cool for 5 minutes. Once cooled, dice the bacon.

In the same skillet over medium-high heat, add the
Butter (1 Tbsp)
. Add the
Ground Beef (1 lb)
and season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Stir occasionally, breaking the beef chunks apart. Brown for 8 minutes.

Once the meat is browned, drain the fat and mix in the chopped bacon.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with the
Butter (1 Tbsp)
.

Spoon the meat-and-bacon mixture into the baking dish as a first layer.
7.
In a medium bowl, mix together the
Heavy Cream (1/2 cup)
,
Eggs (4)
, and half of the
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (3/4 cup)
. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Pour over the meat. Top with the remaining half of the cheese and bake for 10 minutes.

Take it out of the oven and enjoy!
