Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Oil the bottom and sides of a loaf tin.
Mix Ground Chicken (500 gram), Egg (1), Garlic (2 clove), Onion (1), Fresh Rosemary (2 tablespoon), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 teaspoon), Cayenne Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon) together in a large bowl until well-combined.
Press the mixture flat into the sides of the loaf tin. Get it as flat as possible. Add most of the Cheddar Cheese (3/4 cup) and Tomato Passata (2 tablespoon) over the meatloaf.
Bake for 45-50 minutes. Halfway through, take out the meatloaf and sprinkle over more Cheddar Cheese (1/4 cup) and rosemary, then place it back in the oven to continue cooking
Let rest for 5-10 minutes before removing from the pan and slicing to serve.
