Into a saucepan over medium to high heat, add some olive oil and the Bacon (4 slice). Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy.
Set the bacon aside, but leave the fat in the pan. Add the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (4), and season both sides with Salt and Pepper (to taste). Cook both for 10-15 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes. Adjust time depending on the size of the chicken. Proceed to the ranch seasoning as it cooks.
Add Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon), Milk Powder (1 tablespoon), Onion Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Dried Mixed Herbs (1/2 teaspoon), Dried Parsley (1/2 teaspoon), and Salt (1/4 teaspoon), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon). Mix well. You can also take this time to chop the bacon into pieces.
Once the chicken is done, sprinkle over the seasoning and flip them back over to coat. Sprinkle Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball (1 1/2 cup) and allow it to melt for a minute or two. Sprinkle the bacon and Fresh Chives (1/4 cup), then serve.
