Step 1
Into a saucepan over medium to high heat, add some olive oil and the
Bacon (4 slices)
. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy.
Step 2
Set the bacon aside, but leave the fat in the pan. Add the
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (4)
, and season both sides with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Cook both for 10-15 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes. Adjust time depending on the size of the chicken. Proceed to the ranch seasoning as it cooks.
Step 3
Add
Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
,
Milk Powder (1 Tbsp)
,
Onion Powder (1/2 tsp)
,
Dried Mixed Herbs (1/2 tsp)
,
Dried Parsley (1/2 tsp)
,
Salt (1/4 tsp)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
. Mix well. You can also take this time to chop the bacon into pieces.
Step 4
Once the chicken is done, sprinkle over the seasoning and flip them back over to coat. Sprinkle
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball (1 1/2 cups)
and allow it to melt for a minute or two. Sprinkle the bacon and
Fresh Chives (1/4 cup)
, then serve.
