I'm not a big fan of raw onions so I sauteed them a little first and that also gave the salsa a nice touch of sweetness.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Dice the Tomato (1) and Onion (1). Slice the Fresh Cilantro (to taste).
2.
Saute the onion in a dry pan (or add pinch of Granulated Sugar (to taste) if you would like) for a minute until it starts to caramelize. Add Garlic (to taste) if you're using it and don't let it brown.
3.
Add the tomato and let it cook for another minute. Add Jalapeño Pepper Slices (to taste) and the cilantro.
4.
For smooth salsa, give it quick go in the food processor. Add the juice of the Lime (1/2), Salt (to taste) and pinch of Ground Cumin (to taste) if you prefer.
