Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Roll the
Prepared Pie Dough (2)
onto a floured surface. Use a glass, cup or biscuit cutter to cut circles big enough for each muffin tin. Cut 24 total, 12 for the bottom and 12 for the top.
Step 3
Mix the
Italian Sausage Links (8 oz)
with
Pizza Sauce (1 cup)
.
Step 4
Place the larger circles of dough into each muffin tin, pressing to form little pies neatly in each tin. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of meat and sauce into each pie.
Step 5
Top with
Green Bell Peppers (1/2 cup)
and
Onions (1/2 cup)
, or the vegetables of your choice.
Step 6
Add 1-2 Tablespoons of
Mozzarella Cheese (2 cups)
to each.
Step 7
Cover with top crust, pressing gently around the edges and smoothing slightly to help the top and bottom crust to adhere to each other.
Step 8
Cut one or two air vents in the top crust.
Step 9
Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until crust is beginning to brown.
Step 10
Cool for about 5 five minutes before removing from pan. Enjoy!
