These little Muffin Tin Pizza Pies are made with pie crust, Italian sausage, tomato sauce, vegetable toppings and Mozzarella Cheese, prepared in a muffin tin to make a delicious "Meal in a Muffin". If you have the meat, sauce and dough prepared ahead of time, they go together in minutes.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.
Roll the Prepared Pie Dough (2) onto a floured surface. Use a glass, cup or biscuit cutter to cut circles big enough for each muffin tin. Cut 24 total, 12 for the bottom and 12 for the top.
3.
Mix the Italian Sausage Links (8 oz) with Pizza Sauce (1 cup).
4.
Place the larger circles of dough into each muffin tin, pressing to form little pies neatly in each tin. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of meat and sauce into each pie.
5.
Top with Green Bell Peppers (1/2 cup) and Onions (1/2 cup), or the vegetables of your choice.
6.
Add 1-2 Tablespoons of Mozzarella Cheese (2 cups) to each.
7.
Cover with top crust, pressing gently around the edges and smoothing slightly to help the top and bottom crust to adhere to each other.
8.
Cut one or two air vents in the top crust.
9.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until crust is beginning to brown.
10.
Cool for about 5 five minutes before removing from pan. Enjoy!
