Clean and peel Red Onion (1). Slice then place in a dry skillet on medium high for five minutes until they start to brown.

Add in Oil (1 Tbsp) and cook for an additional 10 minutes, stirring. Then add in your Sea Salt (as needed), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (as needed), and Balsamic Vinegar (1 tsp) and cook for another 3-4 minutes until everything is caramelized. Remove from heat.

Preheat oven to about 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Slice your Gluten-Free Pizza Crust (1) and place in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Next, grind up or finely chop your Chicken Sausages (4 oz). Place in skillet to warm or in microwave.

Place your Fresh Spinach (4 cups) in a skillet with 1 tablespoon water. Cook for one or two minutes on medium heat until wilted. Remove and place in a bowl.

Now, warm up your Goat Cheese (1/2 cup) in the skillet or pot over medium low heat until all the cheese melts. Set aside.

Slice your Roma Tomato (1) and mince the Garlic (1 clove). Place sliced tomatoes on top of pizza slices, then add a pinch of garlic and a drizzle of Olive Oil (to taste) to each.

For assembly, you can either put everything you've cooked into one large bowl or split into three small bowls. Garnish with Fresh Basil (to taste) and Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Scoop with the tomato garlic pizza crust slices to enjoy like chips and salsa!
