Step 1
Using a mixing bowl, toss the

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 3
Alternate layers of apples and
Yams (6 1/2 cups)
in a greased 1.5 quart casserole dish. For example, start on the bottom with yams and apples for the next layer.
Step 4
Place slices of
Butter (1/4 cup)
and
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
on top of the casserole. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
