Finely slice the Red Apple (2). Toss them in Lemon Juice (2 tablespoon) and mix with half of the Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), Salt (1 pinch) and Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon). Let sit for 15 minutes before placing on puff pastry (1 pckg).
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Make a caramel sauce by combining Milk (1 tablespoon), Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon), Unsalted Butter (2 tablespoon) and the remaining Light Brown Sugar . Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes.
Put the apples on the Puff Pastry (1 package) and bake for 20 minutes.
When the tart is brown and bubbly, remove from the oven and place on a wire rack. Drizzle with the caramel sauce and serve immediately.
