Step 1
Toss
Red Apples (2)
in juice from
Lemon (1)
and mix with half of the
Brown Sugar (1/2 cup)

Salt (1 pinch)
and
Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
. Let sit for 15 minutes before placing on puff pastry (1 pckg).
Step 2
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 3
Make a caramel sauce by combining
Milk (1 Tbsp)
,
Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)
,
Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp)
and the remaining Light Brown Sugar . Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Put the apples on the
Puff Pastry (1 pckg)
and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 5
When the tart is brown and bubbly, remove from the oven and place on a wire rack. Drizzle with the caramel sauce and serve immediately.
