Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Mix Spicy Italian Sausage Link (1 lb), Yukon Gold Potatoes (6), Cremini Mushroom (1 cup), Tomatillo (1 cup), Garlic (1 handful), Shallots (2), Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), Bay Leaves (2), Dried Thyme (1 Tbsp), Dried Rosemary (1 Tbsp), and Balsamic Vinegar (1 Tbsp) together in a baking pan coating everything evenly.
step 2 Mix Spicy Italian Sausage Link (1 lb), Yukon Gold Potatoes (6), Cremini Mushroom (1 cup), Tomatillo (1 cup), Garlic (1 handful), Shallots (2), Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), Bay Leaves (2), Dried Thyme (1 Tbsp), Dried Rosemary (1 Tbsp), and Balsamic Vinegar (1 Tbsp) together in a baking pan coating everything evenly.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove foil and mix ingredients so they don’t stick to the pan. Bake uncovered for another 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through and golden brown.
