Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Thinly slice Tomato (2).
Step 2
Thinly slice Yellow Onion (1).
Step 3
Place two slices White Sandwich Bread (12 slice) next to one another on a wooden chopping board.
Step 4
Generously spread one side of the bread with Salted Butter (4 tablespoon) and flip over.
Step 5
Sprinkle the other unbuttered side of the bread with Shredded White Cheddar Cheese (250 gram).
Step 6
Top with two slices of tomato and season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Step 7
Add slices of onion. Butter the other slice of bread with butter.
Step 8
Place unbuttered side down on top of the sandwich. Press down gently to make sure the filling is snug between the two slices of bread. Repeat with the remaining slices of bread, cheese, sliced tomatoes and onion.
Step 9
Place the sandwiches on a preheated grill, making sure it's not too hot.
Step 10
Grill for about 7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Step 11
Remove from the grill, slice diagonally in half and pile high on a serving plate. Serve immediately and enjoy!
