Step 1
Remove the roots and wash the
Enoki Mushrooms (6 1/4 cups)
. Drain well.
Step 2
Mince
Garlic (1 clove)
and
Red Bird's Eye Chili Pepper (1)
.
Step 3
Cut
Firm Tofu (3.5 oz)
into bite sized pieces.
Step 4
Add oil to a work. Stir in chili padi and garlic and saute until aromatic.
Step 5
Add in enoki mushrooms. Drizzle on some
Soy Sauce (to taste)
. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Saute until water from mushrooms is released.
Step 6
Bring to a boil. Shut off heat and transfer to a dish.
Step 7
Serve hot with rice. Serve and enjoy!
