Remove the roots and wash the Enoki Mushroom (400 gram). Drain well.
Mince Garlic (1 clove) and Red Bird's Eye Chili Pepper (1).
Cut Firm Tofu (100 gram) into bite sized pieces.
Add oil to a work. Stir in chili padi and garlic and saute until aromatic.
Add in enoki mushrooms. Drizzle on some Soy Sauce (to taste). Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Saute until water from mushrooms is released.
Bring to a boil. Shut off heat and transfer to a dish.
Serve hot with rice. Serve and enjoy!
