In a medium-size bowl mix together All-Purpose Flour (3 cups) , Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Baking Soda (3/4 tsp) , Salt (1/4 tsp) , Ground Ginger (1 Tbsp) , Ground Cinnamon (1/2 Tbsp) , Ground Nutmeg (1/8 tsp) and Ground Cloves (1/8 tsp) . Mix together until well combined and no clumps can be seen.
Step 2
In a larger bowl, beat together Coconut Oil (1/3 cup) , Brown Sugar (3/4 cup) and Egg Replacer (1) until well mixed and combined.
