Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Top the Lavash (1) with Olive Oil (1 tsp) and brush over surface. Sprinkle with Salt (to taste) . Top with Apple (1) , Dried Rosemary (1/4 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and Cheddar Cheese (1/4 cup) .
Step 3
Bake for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese has mostly melted.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Raisins (1 Tbsp) . Return to the oven and bake for 2 minutes more.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
