Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Grease a 900 gram loaf tin with butter or butter spread. Cream the Buttery Spread (1/3 cup) until light and fluffy, then add the Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) and continue to whisk for a further minute or so.

Fold in the Bananas (3), Apple Juice (3 Tbsp), Gluten-Free Self-Rising Flour (1 2/3 cups), Almond Meal (1/2 cup), Baking Powder (1/2 tsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/2 tsp) and Dark Chocolate Chips (1/4 cup).

Place the mixture in your prepared loaf tin and bake in the preheated oven for one hour.
