Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Grease a 900 gram loaf tin with butter or butter spread. Cream the
Buttery Spread (1/3 cup)
until light and fluffy, then add the
Eggs (2)
and continue to whisk for a further minute or so.
Step 3
Fold in the
Bananas (3)

Apple Juice (3 Tbsp)

Gluten-Free Self-Rising Flour (1 2/3 cups)

Almond Meal (1/2 cup)
,
Baking Powder (1/2 tsp)

Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
and
Dark Chocolate Chips (1/4 cup)

Step 4
Place the mixture in your prepared loaf tin and bake in the preheated oven for one hour.
Step 5
Allow the loaf or muffins to cool for ten minutes before turning out onto a wire rack and slicing.
