Add Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1), Yogurt (1 cup), Vegetable Oil (1/3 cup), and Vanilla Essence (1/2 tsp) to a large bowl and whisk to a smooth consistency. Set aside wet ingredient mixture.

In a new large bowl add All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp), Salt (1/4 tsp), and mix. Add the Fresh Blueberries (2 1/3 cups) and gently mix.

Add the wet ingredients prepared earlier and fold in gently until combined.
