Add Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1), Yogurt (1 cup), Vegetable Oil (1/3 cup), and Vanilla Essence (1/2 tsp) to a large bowl and whisk to a smooth consistency. Set aside wet ingredient mixture.

In a new large bowl add All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), Baking Powder (1 1/4 tsp), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp), Salt (1/4 tsp), and mix. Add the Fresh Blueberries (2 1/3 cups) and gently mix.

Add the wet ingredients prepared earlier and fold in gently until combined.

Prepare the muffin tray with liners. Use a ice cream scoop or spoon to fill the muffin cups with the batter.

Now just say "Alexa, start oven" and your oven will set the program automatically. And like magic, it also tells you when your muffins are perfectly done. Please don't open the door during the baking.
