Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Dissolve Active Dry Yeast (1/2 Tbsp) in Water (1 cup) . Stir in the Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) , Salt (1 tsp) , Whole Wheat Flour (2 cups) and Ground Flaxseed (1/2 cup) .
Step 2
Beat vigorously 20 strokes, then knead about 20 times. Let it set for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Pre-bake the crust for about 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 4
Load the toppings for the pizza, including but limited to the Pasta Sauce (2 1/3 cups) , Mild Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese Blend (2 cups) , Pepperoni Slices (1 pckg) , Sausages (to taste) , Onions (to taste) and Bell Peppers (to taste) , Italian Seasoning (1/2 tsp) and Fresh Basil (1/2 tsp) .
Step 5
Sprinkle Fresh Parsley (1/2 tsp) on top of the pizza and return the pizza to the for another 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Step 6
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool.
