Dissolve Active Dry Yeast (1/2 Tbsp) in Water (1 cup). Stir in the Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Salt (1 tsp), Whole Wheat Flour (2 cups) and Ground Flaxseed (1/2 cup).

Beat vigorously 20 strokes, then knead about 20 times. Let it set for about 5 minutes.

Pre-bake the crust for about 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Load the toppings for the pizza, including but limited to the Pasta Sauce (2 1/3 cups), Mild Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese Blend (2 cups), Pepperoni Slice (1 pckg), Sausages (to taste), Onions (to taste) and Bell Peppers (to taste), Italian Seasoning (1/2 tsp) and Fresh Basil (1/2 tsp).
