Dissolve Active Dry Yeast (2 1/4 teaspoon) in Water (1 cup). Stir in the Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), Salt (1 teaspoon), Whole Wheat Flour (2 cup) and Ground Flaxseed (1/2 cup).
Beat vigorously 20 strokes, then knead about 20 times. Let it set for about 5 minutes.
Pre-bake the crust for about 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Load the toppings for the pizza, including but limited to the Pasta Sauce (24 ounce), Mild Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese Blend (2 cup), Pepperoni Slice (1 package), Sausage (to taste), Onion (to taste) and Bell Pepper (to taste), Italian Seasoning (1/2 teaspoon) and Fresh Basil (1/2 teaspoon).
Sprinkle Fresh Parsley (1/2 teaspoon) on top of the pizza and return the pizza to the for another 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool.
