Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Dissolve Active Dry Yeast (2 1/4 teaspoon) in Water (1 cup). Stir in Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), Salt (1 teaspoon), and Whole Wheat Flour (2 cup), Ground Flaxseed (1/2 cup).
Beat vigorously 20 strokes, then knead about 20 times. Let it set for about 5 minutes.
Pre-bake the crust for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
Take the crust out and add the Alfredo Sauce (15 ounce) and Mozzarella Cheese (to taste).
Now add any toppings you want, like Tomato (to taste), Mushroom (to taste), Onion (to taste), Bell Pepper (to taste), Fresh Parsley (to taste), Italian Seasoning (to taste), and Fresh Basil (to taste).
Bake for another 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through and all toppings hot and melted.
