Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Step 2
Dissolve Active Dry Yeast (1/2 Tbsp) in Water (1 cup) . Stir in Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) , Salt (1 tsp) , and Whole Wheat Flour (2 cups) , Ground Flaxseed (1/2 cup) .
Step 3
Beat vigorously 20 strokes, then knead about 20 times. Let it set for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Pre-bake the crust for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
Step 5
Take the crust out and add the Alfredo Sauce (1 2/3 cups) and Mozzarella Cheese (to taste) .
Step 6
Now add any toppings you want, like Tomatoes (to taste) , Mushrooms (to taste) , Onions (to taste) , Bell Peppers (to taste) , Fresh Parsley (to taste) , Italian Seasoning (to taste) , and Fresh Basil (to taste) .
Step 7
Bake for another 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through and all toppings hot and melted.
