Ingredients

Active Dry Yeast
•
1 cup
Warm Water
•
1 tsp
Salt
•
2 Tbsp
Olive Oil
•
2 cups
Whole Wheat Flour
•
1 bottle
Barbecue Sauce
•
1 cup
Chicken , shredded, cooked
•
2 cups
Mild Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese Blend
•
to taste
Onions
•
1/2 cup
Ground Flaxseed
•
to taste
Bell Peppers

Cooking Instructions

1. 
Dissolve Active Dry Yeast (2 tsp) in warm Water (1 cup) . Stir in Salt (1 tsp) , Whole Wheat Flour (2 cups) , Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) , and Ground Flaxseed (1/2 cup) . Beat vigorously twenty strokes, then knead about twenty times. Let it set about five minutes.

Bake pizza crust for about 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Take out the pizza crust and load the toppings. Add the Barbecue Sauce (1 bottle) , Mild Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese Blend (2 cups) , Chicken (1 cup) , Onions (to taste) and Bell Peppers (to taste) . Bake for another 8 to 10 minutes.

Remove pizza from the oven and let it cool. Serve and enjoy!
