Grease stovetop pan with a little Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray (as needed), then add sweet potatoes and cook on the burner over medium heat for approximately 5-7 minutes or until sweet potatoes noodles/matchsticks are tender.

Add Smoked Paprika (1 tsp), Chili Powder (1 tsp), Ground Turmeric (1/2 tsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp), and Cayenne Pepper (1/8 tsp) about midway through and stir well to incorporate.

Meanwhile, wash and prepare your Romaine Hearts (5), pat dry with clean paper towel and set aside.
