Edamame, thawed
2 Tbsp
Toasted Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp
Tamari Soy Sauce
Soy Sauce
3 cloves
Garlic, minced
1 in
Fresh Ginger, grated, peeled
1/8 tsp
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp
Toasted White Sesame Seeds

Step 1
Before starting this recipe, have everything prepped. It comes together in a flash!
Step 2
In a small bowl combine Tamari Soy Sauce (2 tablespoon), Garlic (3 clove), Fresh Ginger (1 inch) and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/8 teaspoon).
Step 3
Turn on your stove's exhaust fan.
Step 4
Place a large skillet over high heat - and let the pan get very hot.
Step 5
Add Toasted Sesame Oil (2 tablespoon) to the pan along with Toasted White Sesame Seeds (1/2 teaspoon).
Step 6
Carefully add the package of frozen edamame in pods, Edamame (16 ounce) and don't stir -- allow it to sear and blister about 1-2 minutes.
Step 7
Add tamari mixture and toss to combine and continue to cook until sauce coats the edamame - no more than 2-3 minutes.
Step 8
Transfer edamame to a serving bowl. Serve and enjoy!
