Add Fresh Papaya (3/4 cup) , Fresh Strawberries (3/4 cup) , Banana (1) , Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1/4 cup) , Hemp Seeds (2 Tbsp) , Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (1 cup) , Ground Cinnamon (1 1/4 tsp) , Ground Ginger (1/8 tsp) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , Honey (1 1/2 Tbsp) , Ice (as needed) to a Blender, blend 20-30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
Step 2
Divide into two glasses and top with additional hemp seeds, ground cinnamon, strawberries or papaya. Enjoy!
