Add Fresh Papaya (3/4 cup) - seeds and skin removed, Fresh Strawberry (3/4 cup), Banana (1), Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1/4 cup), Hemp Seeds (2 tablespoon), Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (1 cup),Ground Cinnamon (1 1/4 teaspoon), Ground Ginger (1/8 teaspoon), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), Honey (1 1/2 tablespoon), Ice (as needed) to a NutriBullet or Blender, blend 20-30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
Step 2
Divide into two glasses and top with additional hemp seeds, ground cinnamon, strawberries or papaya. Enjoy!
