Step 1
Peel the Carrots (2) and Beet (1) and chop them into small pieces.
Step 2
Squeeze the Oranges (2) .
Step 3
In a blender or food processor add the beetroot, carrots and orange juice and blend until it has become a pulp.
Step 4
Add the Coconut Milk (1 2/3 cups) , juice of the Limes (1 1/2) , and Granulated Sugar (3 Tbsp) , and blend everything well until everything has become creamy and smooth.
Step 5
Serve with Ice (to taste) and enjoy!
