Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Peel the Carrot (2) and Beet (1) and chop them into small pieces.
Step 2
Squeeze the Sunkist Orange (2).
Step 3
In a blender or food processor add the beetroot, carrots and orange juice and blend until it has become a pulp.
Step 4
Add the Coconut Milk (400 milliliter), juice of the Lime (1 1/2), and Granulated Sugar (3 tablespoon), and blend everything well until everything has become creamy and smooth.
Step 5
Serve with Ice (to taste) and enjoy!
