Picnic ready vegetarian Mason Jar salad packed full of seasonal vegetables and tossed in natural sweetened sesame yogurt dressing!

4.4 oz Whole Milk Yogurt

1/4 cup Olive Oil

1 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

1 1/2 Tbsp Honey

1 1/2 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

to taste Salt and Pepper

1/2 tsp Ground Ginger

1 cup Mixed Greens

1 cup Brussel sprouts

1 cup Cooked Quinoa

3 Orange Slices

1 cup Microgreens

1 Summer Squash

1/3 cup Canned Chickpeas

to taste Cilantro

1 Lemon Wedge

Steps 1

For the dressing, whisk together Whole Milk Yogurt, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Red Wine Vinegar, Honey, Toasted Sesame Seeds, Salt and Pepper, Ground Ginger.

For the salads, layer half the amount into each jar. Start with the dressing on the bottom, then Cooked Quinoa, Mixed Greens, Orange Slices, Canned Chickpeas, Brussel sprouts, Summer Squash.

Steps 3

Garnish with Microgreens, Cilantro, Lemon Wedge on top. Then all you have to do is shake it a little, then pour the contents into bowl or plate for eating on the go! Enjoy!
