Add the Water (1/2 cup) to a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add the Apple (1) and juice from Lemon (1). Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until the apples are soft. Puree and refrigerate until needed.

Add the Canned Black Beans (1 can) and Apple Sauce (1 cup) to a blender. Puree until smooth. If needed, add a splash of water to get things blending!

Add the Eggs (2), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Granulated Sugar (2/3 cup), and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (4 Tbsp). Blend until combined.

Melt the Chocolate Chips (1/3 cup) in a microwave safe bowl. Add to the blender and blend 2 seconds until combined.
