Easy, low-carb, and freezer-friendly, these Egg White Bites with Spinach are a quick and healthy breakfast or snack.

2% Reduced Fat Milk
Ground Black Pepper
Preheat air fryer or oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Lightly grease the egg bite pan using a small amount of
Butter (as needed)
whites from yolks.
Using a whisk, whisk in the
2% Reduced Fat Milk (1 Tbsp)
Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
and whisk again.
Fresh Spinach (1/4 cup)
Cheddar Cheese (3 Tbsp)
Place egg bites in oven for 7-9 minutes depending on oven, or air fryer for 4-7 minutes. Take out when the top is crispy.
An egg bite pan is needed for this recipe - if you don’t have one, you can use a muffin pan.
