Author's Notes

Egg bite pan needed for this recipe - if you don’t have one, you can use a muffin pan.

Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Preheat air fryer or oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Step 2
Lightly grease the egg bite pan using a small amount of Butter (as needed) .
Step 3
Separate Eggs (6) whites from yolks.
Step 4
Using a whisk, whisk in the 2% Reduced Fat Milk (1 Tbsp) .
Step 5
Add Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and whisk again.
Step 6
Add in Fresh Spinach (1/4 cup) and Cheddar Cheese (3 Tbsp) and stir.
Step 7
Place egg bites in oven for 7-9 minutes depending on oven, or air fryer for 4-7 minutes. Take out when the top is crispy.
Step 8
Serve warm.
