Cooking Instructions
1.
In a small bowl, combine Flaxseed Meal (1 Tbsp) and Water (3 Tbsp) and set aside until gel-like (this is called a flax egg).
2.
In a large bowl, mix Whole Wheat Flour (1 cup), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Baking Soda (1 tsp), and Salt (as needed).

Stir in Pure Maple Syrup (2 tsp), flax egg, Vanilla Almond Milk (3/4 cup), and Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp).
4.
Mash the Banana (1).
5.
Fold in mashed banana and Fresh Blueberries (3/4 cup). Stir until blended well, but do not over mix.
6.
Heat a non-stick grittle or pan over medium-high heat.
7.
Scoop batter with ice cream scoop onto grittle. Allow pancakes to cook until browned on one side and flip.
8.
Serve warm pancakes with Maple Syrup (to taste). Enjoy!
