Step 1
First line the steam tray with baking paper, place the
Salmon Fillets (7 oz)
, skin side down in the tray.
Step 2
Then make the herb sauce by blending the
Fresh Dill (1 Tbsp)
,
Chinese Chives (1 1/4 tsp)
,
Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp)
, and
Olive Oil (1.5 oz)
on speed 5 for 50 seconds.
Step 3
Pour it all over the salmon and set aside to marinate while you begin cooking the
Brown Rice (1 1/3 cups)
. Do not clean the jug.
Step 4
Place the
Water (2.6 lb)
in the jug, then pour the rice into the basket and place into the jug. Cook for 27 minutes on Varoma speed 3.
Step 5
Then place the tray on top of the jug and steam the salmon for 7 minutes on Varoma, speed 3.
Step 6
Serve the salmon with the brown rice, topped with the herb sauce. Enjoy!
