First line the steam tray with baking paper, place the Salmon Fillet (200 gram), skin side down in the tray.
Then make the herb sauce by blending the Fresh Dill (2 1/2 teaspoon), Fresh Garlic Chives (1 1/4 teaspoon), Fresh Parsley (2 1/2 teaspoon), and Olive Oil (45 gram) on speed 5 for 50 seconds.
Pour it all over the salmon and set aside to marinate while you begin cooking the Brown Rice (250 gram). Do not clean the jug.
Place the Water (1200 gram) in the jug, then pour the rice into the basket and place into the jug. Cook for 27 minutes on Varoma speed 3.
Then place the tray on top of the jug and steam the salmon for 7 minutes on Varoma, speed 3.
Serve the salmon with the brown rice, topped with the herb sauce. Enjoy!
