Spicy Paneer Masala

Kashmiri Paneer Masala as the name suggests is a Kashmir take on the Paneer Masala. It's cooked in fennel and ginger and a spiced tomato curry. Vegetarian!

Ingredients

250 gram Paneer
50 gram finely chopped Onion
1 gram Curry Leaves
to taste Lime Juice
2 Green Chili Pepper
to taste Chili Powder
to taste Ground Turmeric
to taste Ground Coriander
to taste Mustard Seeds
to taste Salt
30 gram Oil
to taste Ginger Garlic Paste
to taste Chaat Masala

STEP 1
Heat up your frying pan with some Oil (30 gram). Add the Mustard Seeds (to taste), Curry Leaves (1 gram), and Onion (50 gram) in the pan and saute for 2 minutes under medium heat.
STEP 2
Add your Ginger Garlic Paste (to taste) in the pan, and saute for another 2 minutes under medium heat.
STEP 3
Add the Ground Turmeric (to taste) and Tomato (50 gram), and saute for 1 minute.
STEP 4
Add the grated Paneer (250 gram) to the mix. Cook for 2 minutes under medium heat.
STEP 5
Add the Ground Coriander (to taste), and Chili Powder (to taste) to the pan. Cook for another 2 minutes.
STEP 6
Add your Salt (to taste), Green Chili Pepper (2), Chaat Masala (to taste), and Lime Juice (to taste) to flavor the content.
