Heat up your frying pan with some Oil (30 gram). Add the Mustard Seeds (to taste), Curry Leaves (1/4 teaspoon), and Onion (50 gram) in the pan and saute for 2 minutes under medium heat.
Add your Ginger Garlic Paste (to taste) in the pan, and saute for another 2 minutes under medium heat.
Add the Ground Turmeric (to taste) and Tomato (50 gram), and saute for 1 minute.
Add the grated Paneer (250 gram) to the mix. Cook for 2 minutes under medium heat.
Add the Ground Coriander (to taste) and Chili Powder (to taste) to the pan. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Add your Salt (to taste), Green Chili Pepper (2), Chaat Masala (to taste), and Lime Juice (to taste) to flavor the content.
