Soak the GOYA® Black Beans (1 cup) overnight and boil them for 1-2 hours next day.

Cook Black Rice (4 Tbsp), Brown Rice (1/3 cup), and Quinoa (1/3 cup) with Water (1 cup).

Mash the black beans after boiling.

Mix Chopped Onion (1), Chopped Mushroom (1 cup), and Chopped Garlic (3 cloves) with the black beans.

When the rice is done, mix the cooked rice with the rest of the ingredients. Add the Soy Sauce (3 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), Simply Organic Black Pepper, Medium Grind (1 Tbsp), Simply Organic Cumin Seed, Ground (3 Tbsp), Simply Organic Coriander Seed, Ground (1 Tbsp), and Cayenne Pepper (1 Tbsp) in the bowl and mix well!

Use your hands in the mixture. If your veggie meat is too wet and doesn't stick together, add Oats (1/2 cup) little by little to fix the situation.

Shape it into veggie burgers.

Use a bread knife to cut the Hamburger Buns (3) in half. Make the bear limbs with the extra Slider Buns (6). I used a table knife to cut off the small details.

Use pasta to stick the limbs to the body.

Cut a slice of Cheese (3 slices) for the Rilakumma's mouth. For his eyes and nose, cut out the Nori Sheets (6).

Cut a slice of Carrots (3) as thin as possible adn place them on each ear.

Use a non stick pan, stir-fry the Veggie burger with medium high heat and cook until the surface turns a little brown.

Cut Tomatoes (3), Lettuce Leaves (10), and cheese in the preferred size and start layering them on top or bottom bun.

After adding all the layers, it's time for Rilakkuma to ride the burger. Serve and enjoy!
