Step 1
Season the Tyson® Chicken Breast (1) with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Sauté chicken in Olive Oil until cooked through. Cut into strips.
Step 2
Cook the Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (5 pieces) until crisp-tender.
Step 3
Measure the just jan’s organic Just Jan’s® Organic Strawberry Spread (1/4 cup) . This will be the base of your dressing.
Step 4
Add the Olive Oil (1/4 cup) , Balsamic Vinegar (1/4 cup) , and salt and pepper (to taste), then whisk until well combined.
Step 5
Mix together the Fresh Baby Spinach (2 cups) , Arugula (2 cups) , Fresh Strawberries (2 cups) , chicken, bacon and Almonds (1/2 cup) .
Step 6
Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar dressing before serving.
