In a mixing bowl, combine Garlic (1 clove) Fresh Ginger (2 teaspoon), and Scallion (2) with Ground Beef (1 pound), Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon) and Sea Salt (1/2 teaspoon).
Form beef into 8 long patties with both of your hands. To prevent hamburgers from puffing up during cooking, make a slight depression in the center of the patty.
Brush a little Avocado Oil (to taste) on the patties. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side. Once cooked, set aside to rest for 5 minutes, covering loosely with foil.
To serve, place the patties on Lettuce Leaf (8) and top with Kimchi (1/2 cup) and Cherry Tomato (1 cup). Garnish with Sesame Seeds (to taste).
