Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine
Garlic (1 clove)
Fresh Ginger (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Scallions (2)
with
Ground Beef (1 lb)
,
Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp)
and
Sea Salt (1/2 tsp)
.
Step 2
Form beef into 8 long patties with both of your hands. To prevent hamburgers from puffing up during cooking, make a slight depression in the center of the patty.
Step 3
Brush a little
Avocado Oil (to taste)
on the patties. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side. Once cooked, set aside to rest for 5 minutes, covering loosely with foil.
Step 4
To serve, place the patties on
Lettuce Leaves (8)
and top with
Kimchi (1/2 cup)
and
Cherry Tomatoes (1 cup)
. Garnish with
Sesame Seeds (to taste)
.
